Deb, You TOTALLY better pray for me today because I have to haul this body up a ladder to secure one of my birdhouses before the storm. It is 30 years old and really needs to be replaced, but everytime I try to it has tenants. The kids call it the "projects" because it is so rundown compared to the others. I'll post a picture of it for you but in the meantime......I need that prayer...or 2...or 3!
Di, you have more faith than me.I wouldn't even try to climb a ladder.Can't you just say a prayer that Jesus will protect it and keep it safe? You are in my prayers. I Love You, HANG IN THERE!!! I am looking forward to you posting a picture of the "projects".
I try not to bother Jesus with things that I can do myself. I feel like he has been sooo busy with me already I don't want to press my luck. I have prayed in the past that the birds that live in the "Projects" go on vacation for a few days so I can upgrade their apartment house but they never leave. I keep the bird houses high because I like them enough to protect them from my feline angels.
The storm is suppose to become a problem late morning/early afternoon tomorrow. The school Jess works for has already closed in anticipation of dangerous flooding. I did the best I could with the birdhouse but just in case, I reminded the birds that they will be safe in the bushes close to the main house. My yard is like a safe haven for critters and birds alike so I am sure everyone will be fine. The animals are smart, it's the people that won't be prepared. The girls are safe with me and we will be putting finishing touches on their girl's "Howl-o-ween" costumes. I'll post some pics. I cracked up when I saw Bella in her costume for the first time because she looks like Mommy 30 years ago when she used to have her hair done in Irvington Center.
