I got to the clinic at 9:15, I didnt get chemo until 11:30A.M. I was done at 3:30. Than I had to go and get an ultrasound on my right calf,it turned out that I have a blood clot.I had to go back to the clinic to get a shot,they called in medicine and shots for me to my pharmacy. MY pharmacy had the pills but not the shots.I had to get hold of the nurse and 6 phone calls later she finally found a place that had the shots for me! To top the night off I was driving the back roads with tornado sirens going off,before I went home,I stopped at riteaid to pick my pills up. I hope the weather is better there than it is here.
P.S. I had a real crabby ultrsound Tech., she said that she has been doing the same job for 30years mabe thats why she was such a crab apple. I did get her to smile at the end though. One blessing today was that I got to sit next to a nice guy,we were talking about couponing and trying to save money he is married and has a cute 12week old daughter, I told him Iwill send him diaper coupons. IT was 9:30P.M. when I finally got home. HOME SWEET HOME. I LOVE YA'LL Deb
hi deb hope you have a much better day today get lots of rest and just let everyone there wait on you...the next time you have that ultrasound tech maybe you could offer to change jobs with her...you do the us tech job and she can do your job - FIGHT CANCER = and see if she wants to switch love you xoxo
